Paypal reverses personal payments meant for India
Update 2: 9th Feb 2010 @ 08:20 IST: One the payments which was reversed is back in my paypal account. I will watch for 2 days and tell you if they reversed it again. Update 1: 4th Feb 2010 @ 20:32 IST: I got this reply from paypal Thank you for contacting PayPal.
